Moving Door can cause serious injury or death.

DO NOT install
transmitter unless the door operator’s safety reverse works as required
by the door operator’s manual.

Wall control
must be mounted in sight of door, at least 5 feet above floor and clear of
moving door parts.

Keep people
clear of opening
while door is moving.
·
DO NOT
allow children to
play with the transmitter or door operator.
If
safety reverse does not work properly:

Close door
then disconnect operator
using the manual release handle.
·
DO NOT
use transmitter
or door operator.
·
Refer to Door
and Door Operators Owner’s Manuals before attempting any repairs.

1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE:
For convenience in programming you may wish to install Wireless Keypad after
Basic Programming of Wireless Keypad and Garage Door Operator(s) is completed.
·
Mount
keypad (mounting screws located inside battery compartment.
· Slide
off battery cover and remove battery.
·
Mark two holes by tapping a small
nail through screw holes on keypad. Drill 1/16’ pilot holes then fasten with #6
screws enclosed. Replace Keypad cover.
·
Replace battery and slide battery
cover back into place.
Section 1 - Programming for One Door Opener
Step 1 - Activate programming mode.
- Press in
order 3, 5, 7, PROG button - Red LED blinks - once per second
- Enter
you PIN ( 3 to 8 characters)
- Press
PROG button - Red LED blinks - twice per second and turns off.
Step 2 - Programming One Door Openers
- Find the
Learn Code Button and Learn Code Indictor LED on your door opener. (This can be found where you
see the antenna wire hanging from the motor head (you may have to take the lens
cover off). If antenna wire is not hanging from motor head then you have an
external receiver which is a black box approx. 6" x 2" mounted somewhere in the
garage with a antenna wire hanging from it (pop off cover to find Learn Code
Button).
- Press the Learn Code Button - Learn Code
Indictor LED (on opener) will blink.
- Enter your PIN and Press the up/down arrow
button on keypad - Learn Code Indicator LED stays on.
- Press the up/down arrow button again -
Learn Code Indicator LED turns off - Wait until Keypad Backlight turns off
approximately 30 seconds.
Step 3 - Operating One Door Opener
- To operate the Garage Door - Enter your PIN
- Press the up/down button.
NOTE: If the Door does not
move, check the red LED on the keypad. If the LED is blinking rapidly, the
PIN was entered incorrectly. After the LED stops blinking, re-enter your
PIN and try again.
Any Keypad button will control
the door for 30 seconds after the door starts moving.
Rapid blinking of the red LED
indicates an error. After a few seconds the LED will turn off. Start
over.
Section 2 - Programming for 2 or 3 Door Openers
Step 1 - Activate programming mode.
- Press in
order 3, 5, 7, PROG button - Red LED blinks - once per second
- Enter
you PIN ( 3 to 8 characters)
- Press
PROG button - Red LED blinks - twice per second and turns off.
Step 2 - Programming for Multiple Door Openers
- All Door
Openers Will Use THE SAME PIN
- Enter
your PIN and pres PROG button - Red LED blinks - once per second.
- Press
PROG button again - Red LED blinks - twice per second
- Press
the number of Doors (total) you wish to control - press number 2 or 3
- Press
PROG button - Red LED blinks several times and turns off
Step 3 - Programming Door Openers
- Decide
which Door will be Door #1, #2 and #3
- Find the
Learn Code Button and Learn Code Indictor LED on your door opener. (This can be found where you
see the antenna wire hanging from the motor head (you may have to take the lens
cover off). If antenna wire is not hanging from motor head then you have an
external receiver which is a black box approx. 6" x 2" mounted somewhere in the
garage with a antenna wire hanging from it (pop off cover to find Learn Code
Button).
- Press the Learn Code Button - Learn Code
Indictor LED (on opener) will blink.
- Enter your PIN and Press the up/down arrow
button on keypad - Learn Code Indicator LED stays on.
- Press the number you have picked for this
Door Opener button numbered 1, 2 or 3 - Learn Code Indicator LED stays on.
- Press the up/down button - Learn Indicator
LED turns off.
Repeat Step 3 for each Door Opener.
Each Door Opener must be programmed to receive the signal from the Wireless
Keypad.
- Press the up/down arrow button again -
Learn Code Indicator LED turns off - Wait until Keypad Backlight turns off
approximately 30 seconds.
Step 4 - Operating 2 or 3 Door Openers
- To operate the Garage Door - Enter your PIN
- Press the up/down button - Press Door Opener Number 1, 2 or 3.
Section 3 - Additional Operations
FORGOT YOUR PIN or CHANGING YOUR PIN

Erase old PIN - Press and
hold in order - PROG button, number 6 button and up/down button - Red LED will
blink once and turn off.

Release all buttons
-
Programming Door Openers -
Return to Programming in Section 1 or Section 2
Using a Temporary PIN
-
A temporary PIN allows
temporary access to your home by repair persons, meter readers, etc, if you so
desire.

Enter your PIN - Press PROG
button, PROG button, PROG button (3 times)
-
Enter the temporary PIN ( 3
to 8 characters) - press PROG button
NOTE: DO
NOT reprogram the door openers - Temporary PIN remains active until the next
time your normal PIN is entered.
